Graham began his career in carpentry and joinery in 1977, quickly advancing to site foreman before completing his apprenticeship. He transitioned from managing commercial projects and running a weekend carpentry service to establishing his own business, specializing in extensions and renovations of period homes.

With extensive experience, he later managed commercial projects valued between $1–$5 million as a Project Manager for mid-sized builders before founding his own project management firm. His expertise in client-side project management includes overseeing high-profile builds, such as the $10 million Hawthorn residence of Don Mathieson (DMS Glass), leading to a 15-year collaboration on commercial and residential projects.

Drawing on 41 years of experience, Graham excels in holistic project assessment, offering innovative, cost-effective solutions while maintaining the highest standards. His role on an owners’ corporation committee provides valuable client insight, allowing him to address priorities with precision.

For the past 11 years, through Danmark Group Pty Ltd, Graham has partnered with Visual Builders to deliver renovations, new builds, and maintenance across Australia’s inner-city hospitality sector. His portfolio includes The Espy, Garden State Hotel, and The Great Northern Hotel, showcasing his expertise in high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, with a strong focus on maintenance, safety, and client satisfaction.
